This workshop will focus on the proper use, set up, exercise selection and instruction of the level 1-2 chair exercises while utilizing the body scan. The student will also learn/review shapes in space as they relate to utilizing mat and reformer exercises that can be brought to the chair workout, allowing for creativity with the chair in your classes as well as your private sessions.
