Course Overview: Successful completion of Level I requirements, 100 logged hours and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications recommended.
Module 1: Intermediate Level Mat, Reformer, Cadillac (20 hours) Students learn additional intermediate level exercises, refine transitions, and how to monitor static and transitional body alignment.
Module 2: Intermediate Chair and Barrels (20 hours) Module 2 continues progressing through intermediate Pilates exercises and builds upon the skills learned in Level I.
Module 3: Level II Comprehensive Assessment includes a Full Session Technique Assessment, Group Tower Teaching Assessment and Exercise Technique Assessment. A Peak Pilates® Level II Certification is awarded to instructors who pass all of these Level II assessments and complete 60 logged hours.

Level II Module 1: $698 includes materials
The instructor will hone the ability to perform and teach the Intermediate Level Mat, Reformer, Cadillac. Movement exploration will examine how to refine transitions, how to monitor static and transitional body alignment and to provide corrections that have an impact. Instructors will discover the role of imagery in the guiding movement.

Level II Module 2: $698 includes materials
The instructor will add -in Intermediate Chair and Barrels, Teaching will expand the use of touch technique, correcting the body in motion, and planning for progression.
Pre-Requisite: Completion of Level II Module 1.

Level II Module 3: $350 includes materials
This 1-day module is an assessment of practical skills for teaching Full Session and Group Tower Class.
Pre-requisites: 100% attendance of Modules 1 & 2.
Completion of all 60 required hours for observation, exercise technique practice, teaching practice and assignments in the Study Guide for all modules.
Completion of The Level II online theoretical exam.
